General error... Nothing goes wrong

Every time I post i'm getting this error:

Ran into problems sending Mail. Response: 421 Unexpected failure, please try later

But nothing happens, my post is on the forums and I can see no visible problem, any ideas? :?

Hi Dave,
That's probably an SMTP (mail sending) server hickup or problem. It doesn't interfere with actually posting on the forum, but it may cause errors when someone has thread notifications on.
