New late Romans from Mini-Art in 1/72
#13
This news from the 1/72 Plastic Soldier Review of a new MiniArts set:

The year of the Romans marches on

Once more we have good news for all those with an interest in the long history of Rome, as MiniArt have confirmed their set of late Roman cavalry is being released this month. The set is dated for the fourth and fifth century, which is a period fast gaining a more respectable representation in the hobby. The box claims 48 figures, but we might suppose that 'figures' includes horses too.

This looks like a banner year for you fans of Late Roman.

As for those who still favor "Imperial Rome"...

New sets have been released by the Russian company Zvezda, and although there are no reviews yet, if their Romans are anything like their other figures (their Samurai are Excellent) then we are in for some great new Legionaries.

Big Grin
