I and the group will be there at wall town quarry next to Roman army Museum Hadrians wall on the 10 ,June along with the LEG I from Germany and the Silures plus others will try to take pics if I can stop talking :lol: also staying the hole weekend under canves

Looks like a good event, I was there last year (just as a spectator) but I couldn't make it this year.

We do multi-period so we can show the change in uniform and civilian life. We specialise inartillary Ballista/ sling /bow/fundibvlvs/ pila /hasata/plvmbata. Which I make some of the more obscure weaponary

I dont origonaly come from Sunderland ,Iam a sand dancer from Shields :lol: :lol: .The weapon is a sling staff it allows you to throw cricket size stones , with a bit practice a fair distance I will post you a pic when I can photo one.

We did Walltown Crags last year we were there with the kids army and our gladiators, had a great time.
