Even in the high middle ages it was. And today, too! But we don`t know in which technique the Ferrum Noricum  was produced and what was the special issue that made it a bestseller

I thought the IX Legion was destroyed in Parthia in 161 AD. Or during the Bar Kokhba Revolt of 132-135 AD. We still have records of their officers after c. 120.

What have the Romans ever done for us? Apart from better sanitation, medicine, education, wine, public order, irrigation, roads, a fresh water system, and public health, what have the Romans ever done for US?

I would most like to see the Parthian War of Lucius Verus (161-165 AD) or the Marcomannic Wars of Marcus Aurelius (166-180 AD) in person. I've always been fascinated with them.

Also, I might like to visit the East in 117, so I could help Trajan permanently exterminate the Parthian menace!
