So far, we've cooked a variety of things - the crowd favorites have been the pork and apple stew and the half chickens...<br>

The brazier was so popular that it was used nearly 24 hours a day during our last event - either by the folks cooking or late into the night for comfort whilst talking into the wee hours.<br>
