The movie was "First Knight", and their armor was blue shirts with greyish, rectangular wine gums attached to the front. These are good for stopping arrows, and as an emergency ration.<br>

I think regardless of the armor accuracy of "Troy", that if it's a good movie, then that's fine. Hollywood should <strong>never</strong> be considered a source for authenticity. That's what books and documentaries are for. Hollywood is strictly for <em>entertainment</em>. It's a medium to tell a story. And as we all know here, stories get exagerated with their telling.<br>

I think the premise of Hollywood's role often gets looked over by those that happen to be well versed in a particular subject. But again, it doesn't matter...if you are willing to spend the money, all that movie has to do is take you away from reality for a while, and show you a good time.
