Meaning what this word: Celtic. Gaul, Galata, Gaulisc

Hi,Treveri Gaul(real name please/forum rule)

It is my understanding that Celt is from Greek "keltoi" meaning foreigner
or something to that effect,non Greeks.
Gauls are the early peoples of France.
