Using ob would also change the case of amor. As ob is only followed by the accusative case.

Is it supposed to be a complete sentence or just fragments? If the general thought should be " I do everything for love and for the kids and the wife"
Omnia facio ob liberos uxoremque amoremque
or just leave out the omnia facio. ob liberos, ob uxorem, ob amorem, semper.
If I was him I would just say it in English, since Latin is so very strange sometimes.
