The article mentions garum was produced in Spain and Portugal. If so, then its Major ingredient would be anchovies. Probably spiced-up a bit or even allowed to decompose to the "correct" flavor. Wink

Is 650 feet really astonishing? The Black Sea is even deeper. Cool
