can I also ask what fuel you used on your brazier. On the photos the pieces looked rather large - more like coal than charcoal.<br>
We used charcoal at Birdoswald, but found that it burned out very quickly, so coal would give a more prolonged heat, although taking longer to get up to temperature.<br>
