this thread there were complaints about the Roman soldier in Torchwood and hopes were expressed that next time they might make a better job of it. Hate to disappoint, but have a look at the soldier in the background of
this photo. Oh dear - not promising.

As they have used the 'Rome' set they have probably just used the costumes from that series as well.
