A friend of a friend wants a tatoo with the following text in latin.
My Wife My children For Love Forever Is there anyone who can translate it? Thanx in advance!! Martin

For 'children' I would suggest 'liberi' since it's gender-neutral
For the 'love' bit, the usual preposition for doing something 'for reason of...' is 'ob', IIRC. Sounds like a complicated tattoo.

Using ob would also change the case of amor. As ob is only followed by the accusative case.
ob amorem Is it supposed to be a complete sentence or just fragments? If the general thought should be " I do everything for love and for the kids and the wife" Omnia facio ob liberos uxoremque amoremque or just leave out the omnia facio. ob liberos, ob uxorem, ob amorem, semper. If I was him I would just say it in English, since Latin is so very strange sometimes.
