I'm not sure about that at all. The point of convergence is more or less midway between Colchester and Gloucester. That looks rather like Leighton Buzzard. 'Buzzard' is not a buzzard at all, of course, but an eagle, the symbol of a legion. 'Leighton', therefore, would be a corruption of the legionary number. Eighteen would be the closest but, as there was no Eighteenth Legion in Britain, the next closest would be fourteen. So, Leighton Buzzard would be the site of a major incident involving the Fourteenth Legion, i.e., Boudica's Last Stand. QED.
