Etrusco-Corinthian trilobate oinochoe
Gruppo dei Vasi Policromi (Group of the Polychrome Vases) 630-600 BC according to Dan Diffedale whose photo I presented.
The Argives were the first to abandon the javelines in favor of the tighter phalanx formation but other city states kept them until 600 B.C. it seems.
Chigi vase shows also hoplites with javelines.
Kind regards
