Some bands I have come across today....
Heulend Horn has a rather different sound which is a mix of black, epic and folk metal and a touch of 'doom'...I also like the spoken voice parts..

Heidevolk...whose music ranges from a rousing style similar to 'Tyr's (makes you feel like beating your drinking horn on the table at times) some very nice traditional woodwind and guitarwork on Het Gelders Volkslied (which I love) through to heavy metal, that is a little too heavy for me, but some of you will like it.....!

Yes, they are probably the most famous of all the Vikingr bands... I love their 'One Rode to Asa Bay'....since Quorthon passed away they are not active, except for releasing a 3 disc + dvd tribute boxed set..
