You chaps may not be aware of it, but there will be an Ancient Greek presence at Tarraco this year (again?). Athenea Promakhos will be appearing and two of us Hoplite Association members will be joining them.

Yes, again. Past year Eduardo and Athenea Promakhos have been present with great sucess.

As i have heard, that year will be A LOT of greek hoplites!

Would be nice to began a Summer of event BUT a long trip, ANW if i was able to reach Perpignan near Catalunya border (just the Pyrénnées Mountain to cross :roll: ) why not push further Big Grin

Well, I'm not British but I'll be there with the remnants of Cohors Prima Gallica from Thursday 17th to Monday 21st. We'll be again 'far away' from Tarraco, at Centcelles, but we'll make short sallies in the evening, after we've finished Big Grin
I was most impressd last year by Athenea Promakos hoplites! 8)
