Based on this comment, I looked into it. I ordered a used copy of the UK edition last week and I'm half way through it now. From what I've read so far, I would certainly have to agree with you. Why is this out of print?

If it wasn't tobacco, it was illegal. I never smoked anything like that. Wink
Of course, that doesn't explain how the Chinese were growing corn in the 2nd century. Maybe they smoked corn silk. :lol:
