Aslan is my king also... although, as C.S. Lewis said, he is known by a different Name in our world...

Darn right!!

I'm so glad someone else gets it!! Everyone thinks Narnia is Christian Allegory.

IT IS NOT! It is Christian FANTASY, world of difference. I LOVE the conversation Aslan has with the handsome cab driver in the Magician's Nephew. It gives the whole game away and people STILL don't get it!!

Thanks, this made my day.

Ok, Goffredo. As resident skeptic, If you HAD to pick a fanciful civilization, which would it be?

Here`s one fictional: "John Carter, the best swordsman of two worlds gliding with his vehicle through the thin air of a dying planet under the two moons..."

Anyone know what I am talking about? Also the most beautiful and sexy women name in the whole universe, real or fictional: "Dejah Thoris....!"

Great, Paul! I must have read all those books as a kid at least 3-4 times! I remember the books had very nice fantasy art covers, does anyone know who was the artist who made them?
